In addition to the implementation services described elsewhere, CSR Performance provides a full range of ongoing technical support services to enable long term operation of its software and maximisation of our customers’ investment in it.

Support Services

Our ongoing software Support and Maintenance services start with our telephone hot-line - manned by experts involved both in developing and supporting the CamHealth® system, and available under our standard Maintenance Agreement. All calls are logged and prioritised and defined as problems or enhancements. Those which can be turned around by some immediate action or training are.

Product Development

The Support and Maintenance Agreement also provides for regular updates to the software system. Typically, these are released twice a year as point updates within a major release. By incorporating customer suggestions and planned enhancements into the development process, the CamHealth® system is kept constantly up-to-date with regulation and best practice.
